For more than 20 years, Todd Rendler has guided individuals, companies, and organizations through the process of defining their financial goals and developing retirement planning and investing strategies.
His role is to not only design a retirement plan that addresses the needs of each client, but to help them thoroughly understand the factors involved; including their assets, liabilities, taxes, insurance, and goals. This education-based approach is intended to provide clients the ability to make well-informed decisions and better manage their plans.
Todd uses his expertise on a broader level as a speaker and educator. He leads retirement planning workshops both in the community and in the workplace, speaks at trade association events, and teaches industry professionals.
He is also a mentor and coach, fostering the professional development of investment advisors who specialize in retirement planning. This role requires that he research and teach the most current, time-tested practices for asset accumulation, retirement income, and asset protection.
A Wisconsin college graduate, Todd has earned the following professional licenses and registrations:
- Registered Principal and Investment Adviser Representative with Commonwealth Financial Network®, an independent Registered Investment Advisor
- FINRA Series 7, 24, 63, and 65 securities registrations
- Life and health insurance license
Todd has earned the following professional designations that establish him as a consultant with specialized knowledge of qualified retirement plans and fiduciary standards:
- Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (or AIF®), a designation that emphasizes the application of fiduciary standards of care and prudent investment practices
- Professional Plan Consultant® (or PPC®), a designation focused on the management and oversight of employer-sponsored retirement plans
Todd and his family live in the Lake Wisconsin area. His wife, Kim, holds a master's degree from the University of Wisconsin and teaches language arts. They have three grown children and two dogs that keep Todd busy and active outside of work.
